Minister's Training & Leadership Program (MTLP)
Mamre Christian Bible College (MCBC) provides classes and licenses students attending the college or graduates, and on rare occasions, those that are affiliated with the college. We train, license and on rare occasions ordain ministers. In a changing and challenging generation, the church must be visible and effective in using new methods of winning souls to Christ. However, if those enrolled in the MTLP are associated with a church or ministry affiliated with MCBC, that church or ministry will receive a confirmation from the college that the student(s) have successfully completed all required classes. Their organization will be responsible for licensing or ordaining the student(s).
The Minister’s Training Program has been established so that ministers may have an opportunity to obtain the level of knowledge and understanding of the Word of God, and a sense of belonging with an accountability before one another in the presence of the Lord. As a member of MTLP, you will form a close bond with other members of MTLP. You will receive a license, or an ordination certificate, an official membership card that recognizes your membership with MCC's MTLP, provided through MCBC. You will also be able to access a special Ministerial Hotline, where you can call in your prayer requests and leave special messages for us to keep in close contact with you.
REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME LICENSED OR ORDAINED WITH MTLP.
We do not require agreements on all points of doctrine, but we will insist on members being:
To become **Licensed with MCC we require a certain amount of MCBC's Bible College Classes. We will take into consideration years of ministry experience and seminars too. A Licensed MCC Pastor is required to have an AA degree or equivalent.
To Become **Ordained with MCC-MCBC we require a certain amount of MCBC's Bible College Classes. We will take into consideration years of ministry experience and seminars. An Ordained MCC Pastor is required to have a BA or equivalent.

- Committed to being an active part of Mamre Christian Center and Mamre Christian Bible College

**NOTE: If student(s) are attending the MTLP from our affiliated ministries, their ministry will be responsible for licensing or ordaining the student(s) upon the ministry's discretion.
